Bob Steel
Born and raised in Stockton, he has always called the San Joaquin Valley home.
He attended San Joaquin Delta College and Humphrey’s College, earning Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and Business Management. His areas of study included Real Estate, Finance, Marketing and Mortgage Finance.
After a career in wholesale petroleum industry, he began his Real Estate career in 1993. At the time,
he specialized in Real Estate Mortgage Lending, Refinancing and Sales. Now his focus is in helping people Buy and Sell Homes.
He is affiliated with the National Association Of Realtors, and the California Association of Realtors.
He is a full-time Real Estate Professional and a Multi Million Dollar Producer.
Bob is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Leah Clark
Before moving to Stockton in 1994, she lived in the Bay Area.
She attended San Jose City College, Ohlone College and San Jose State University. Her areas of study included Business Management, Marketing and Real Estate.
After a career in Sales, she moved to Stockton and decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
She has earned the designations of “CDPE” - Certified Distressed Property Expert and “SFR” - the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification endorsed by the National Association of Realtors and the “CSSR” - Certified Short Sale Resource endorsed by the California Association of Realtors.
She has become a “Certified HAFA Specialist” to better assist clients utilizing the Government’s Making Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative program.
She enjoys working with families to help keep their homes from going to foreclosure through the efficient execution of a short sale.
She is also affiliated with the National Association Of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors. Short Sale Superstars and the National Association of Professional Women.
Leah is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
